Billok recorded a brief video summarizing the latest developments with the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) “vaccination or test” rule. The rule, requiring employers with 100 or more workers to either mandate vaccination for their employees or test them for COVID-19 weekly, had been in limbo until last week, when the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit lifted a stay order put in place by the Fifth Circuit.
