However, we are not powerless. Each person is able to play a role in promoting diversity, equity and inclusion in their own schools, businesses, religious organizations and industries. 

This webinar focuses on Bond clients who have gone beyond the typical workplace conversations and roundtable discussions. From the leaders of local school districts to an executive of a multinational corporation, we will span the cross-section of both the public sector and private sector to learn from these changemakers. Our panelists exemplify racial justice in action by leading important decisions within their organizations including: 

• hiring qualified minority contractors; 
• leveling the playing field regarding employee hiring, retention, promotion and leadership opportunities; 
• examining holidays such as Columbus Day and Juneteenth from a cultural perspective; and 
• initiating litigation to demand equitable school funding.

We will also discuss corporate responsibility, the ways in which corporations can succeed by investing in the success of minority communities and removing the barriers faced by minority entrepreneurs and business owners.
