As a bonus to Bond’s May 31 Back to Business webinar, Bond litigation attorney Richard L. Weber provided information about the Adult Survivors Act, which recently was signed into law by New York Gov. Kathy Hochul. The new law opens a one-year window (between November 2022 and November 2023) to allow adult survivors of sexual abuse to file lawsuits that would otherwise be barred by statutes of limitations.
