As the Obama administration enters its final lap, the pace of labor and employment law developments has picked up dramatically. This program will get you caught up on these developments, as well as those at the state level and will provide practical guidance on what they mean for your organization. This year's legal update will address:

• the US DOL’s proposed changes to the FLSA’s white collar exemptions and other wage and hour developments
• the latest from the NLRB on employer rules and employee use of employer email, and a look at the impact of the quickie election rules
