On June 5th, BS&K Attorney Mr. Greener is resident in BS&K's Ithaca, New York office and is a Registered Patent Attorney. He attended Canisius College (B.S. distinction in physics, 1974), University of Rochester (M.S., Optical Engineering, 1976), and State University at Buffalo Law School (J.D., cum laude, 1992). His practice covers the full range of Intellectual Property Law including patent, trademark, copyright, agreements and licensing. Mr. Greener works in advanced technologies such as nanotechnology, microfluidics, optics, lasers, medical devices, ophthalmic surgery and apparatus, imaging systems, semiconductor devices, biodynamics, photonics, telecommunications, software, business architecture and e-commerce.
