The agenda for this Symposium on “Legal Issues in Higher Education” on Friday, February 21, from 9:30-12:30 p.m., will include:

• A panel of Presidents from diverse institutional types will share what they view as pressing concerns facing leaders in Higher Education: what keeps college presidents up at night? This panel will be moderated by Louise Feroe, (interim) Provost at Manhattanville College. Panelists include: Dr. Belinda Miles, President of Westchester Community College; Dennis Craig, (interim) President of Purchase College; Dr. Charles Flynn, President of College of Mount Saint Vincent; and Marvin Krislov, President of Pace University.
• Legal experts, Monica Barrett and Jane Sovern, moderated by Seann Kalagher, will then expound upon current challenges facing higher education and will discuss strategies for responding to these issues on your campus.
