Vogel talked about the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission’s (EEOC) first guidance on workplace harassment released in a quarter-century. The new guidance addresses harassment based on sexual orientation, gender identity, pregnancy, childbirth and related medical conditions (lactation, morning sickness, etc.), as well as other areas of harassment and discrimination.
